Downtown Fremont Inc. will be hosting the Croghan Colonial Bank Farmers Market and Total Distribution Things that GO Event on Front Street on August 19th, 2023, from 9am to 1pm. Attendance to the market will be free to the public. Event goes on rain or shine.
The Things that GO Event gives the opportunity for young and old to get up close and personal with all of their favorite things that GO. This event will feature bikes, a dump truck, kayaks, a tow truck, a boat, an excavator, garbage truck and much more. Come down to Downtown Fremont for great photo opportunities along with the chance to participate in a “Measure Activity.”
While at the market, please stop by the Downtown Fremont Inc. tent at the Front and Garrison intersection to pick up your Things that GO Measure Activity and measuring tape to measure different objects on the vehicles/machines within the market and be entered for a chance to win a $100 Think Fremont Community Card.
From 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 19th, there will be NO PARKING on Front Street between Croghan Street and the alley at the Fremont Municipal Building and on Garrison Street between Arch Street and Bidwell Avenue and also there will be no parking in the Lot A (Brady Parking Lot) in Downtown Fremont due to the Farmers Market & Things that GO Event. Parking is available and is handicap assessable on any of the side streets.
