Downtown Fremont Inc. will be hosting the Croghan Colonial Bank Farmers Market and Moke America Ohio Sauerkraut Social Event Saturday, October 7th, 2022, from 9am-1pm. Attendance will be free to the public.
The Sauerkraut Social Event allows the Fremont Community to enjoy some of everyone’s favorite aspects of the Sauerkraut Festival from the 1980s. The event will feature a Polka Band, Northcoast Mix, from Parma Ohio. Pony Rides throughout the market from Shining Star Farm. Sauerkraut Specials will be featured at the local downtown restaurants to a Senior Pageant Contest to crown a king and queen of the event. Front Street will be closed Saturday, October 7th from 6am-2pm from Croghan Street to Birchard Avenue and Garrison Street from Arch Street to Bidwell Avenue.
